Hanna Léna Tikk joined the Bertelsmann Stiftung in August of 2024 as an intern in the Europe’s Future program. She studies German and European Law at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin in frames of the Humboldt European Law School. Her interests include cohesion politics, security and the rule of law. She also works at the Emmy Noether Junior Research Group of Dr. Ruth Weber where she does research in European Financial Law under the title “No representation without taxation”. She was part of the Board of Directors of the Young European Federalists Berlin-Brandenburg for International matters and represented them in various international conferences. Through the Network East-West at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin she organized comparative law seminars in Yerevan and Tbilisi discussing contemporary issues in law.
