Anne Meisiek is a project manager at Bertelsmann Stiftung. She has worked in the programmes “Social Sustainable Market Economies”, “Europe’s Future”, and “Democracy and Cohesion” on several projects. A lot of her work is focused on European and International Politics, Democracy, (Sustainable) Transformation, and European public opinion. She studied Economics with a focus on Climate and Energy Policy, European Integration, and Econometric Methods in Kiel and Stockholm with a previous degree in International Management. During her studies, she worked at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB), based in Nuremberg, and worked on the impact of the Covid pandemic on global value chains and local labour markets.
