Daniela joined the GED team in February 2019. Daniela finished her Bachelor in Economics at the Freie Universität Berlin. Her Bachelor thesis with the title “Urban Concentration and Economic Growth” focused on the effect of economic development on urban primacy. Daniela is currently enrolled in the Masters program of International Economics at the Georg-August Universität Göttingen where she is pursuing a specialization in development economics and quantitative methods. Her previous professional experiences include as a student assistant at the Geog-August Universität Göttingen, as well as internships at the DIW Berlin, Embassy of Ecuador in Germany, and the Delegation of the EU to Ecuador.
