Hardy Schilgen

Hardy Schilgen is an Advisor in the Office of the Federal President. Prior to that, he has been a project manager with eupinions, the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s platform for European public opinion. Since 2015, eupinions surveys EU citizens' public opinion on matters of European integration, democracy, globalization and people's economic situation on a quarterly basis. Before that, Hardy studied philosophy, economics and international relations in various European countries.
