Lucas Guttenberg is Director of the programme Europe’s Future since April 2024. Before that, he was Senior Advisor in the same programme. He's focus is on the programme’s work on European economic policy. Prior to joining us, he served as an advisor to the German vice-chancellor and minister for economic affairs and climate action and as deputy director of Jacques Delors Centre in Berlin. He began his career as an economist at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt and Washington, DC.
