Justus Haucap

Justus Haucap is Director of the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE) at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. From 2006 to 2014, he was also a member of the German Federal Government's Monopoly Commission, four years of this as its Chairman (2008-2012). His research focuses on competition economics, the digital economy and the regulation of infrastructure-based industries such as telecommunications, electricity, and transport.
