Senior Project Manager Global Economic Dynamics (GED)
Thomas is senior project manager at Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Global Economic Dynamics (GED) project. His research interests include the political economy of globalization and global governance. Before joining the GED team in mid-2018, Thomas headed Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Office of the Executive and Supervisory Boards and worked as Advisor to Bertelsmann Stiftung’s CEO Aart De Geus. Until 2014, he acted as Project Manager Future Economic Dialogue. In this capacity, he coordinated Bertelsmann Stiftung’s contributions to the Global Economic Symposium. Prior to joining Bertelsmann Stiftung in 2012, he worked as a Program Officer for Transatlantic Relations at a private institute for civic education in Hamburg. Thomas studied political science, economics and law at the Universities of Tübingen and Denver.
